 Before working with Beth, I was inconsistent with working out and eating healthy. At my highest weight and with extremely low energy levels, I knew that I needed a change.  

While working with Beth, I received specific, personalized advice, such as 'quick to prepare' healthy meals, information on reducing heat burn/acid reflux, free workout classes available, and more advice for how to increase my activity. 

And as a result I am consistently working out twice a week (which is my goal) and eating healthy meals. I am losing weight and feeling happier with more energy!
